Isolation, control and check valves, chokes, wellhead components and maintenance spares for pressure-containing equipment.

Specify the pressure class, end connections, fluid composition and temperature. We review seats, stems, trim and other wetted parts against the service conditions.

We design and supply shell-and-tube exchangers with fixed tubesheets, floating heads or U-tubes, as well as replacement tube bundles and air-cooled units.

For a new unit we review the heat duty, flow rates, inlet and outlet temperatures and allowable pressure drop. For bundle replacement, include the tubesheet drawing and shell dimensions.

Made-to-order studs, heavy hex nuts, bolts and special fasteners for flanges, valves and pressure equipment.

Send the drawing, thread form, material grade, coating and quantity. For example, a bolting enquiry might specify ASTM A193 or A320 studs with matching ASTM A194 nuts. Final selection depends on duty and temperature.

Oval-section Type R metallic ring-joint gaskets for matching RTJ grooves, and spiral-wound gaskets with a formed metal strip and graphite filler.

We manufacture to the flange specification or approved drawing. State the facing, size, pressure class, fluid and temperature. For spiral-wound designs, specify the winding alloy and any inner and outer rings.
